- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- 395 Check (held by the majority of our workforce)
- Reference checks
All clearances are verified, recorded and monitored for currency as part of our ongoing compliance and governance processes.
Training, Supervision & Culture
Our team receives ongoing training in:
- Child safe practices
- Trauma-informed and disability-aware care
- Positive Behaviour Support principles
- Mandatory reporting and incident response
Staff are actively supervised, supported and held accountable to uphold the highest standards of care.
